Student answer (Band 5.0)
There are few people who believes that it is benifical to share most of the data in research, business and academic. Whereas, other people thought that it is good to share only few important or valuable data to others.
Data is the most important thing in the current world. For better performance or result we need information as much as possible to get. Otherwise, it will be hard to improve the next versions. For example, if we research on a particualar topic and if we have most of the information then we can easily improve or get better reseach from that. Otherwise, we need to invest time on the current research to find out, how it has been done. So, in my perspective, I believe that it is helpful to share information as much as possible.
On the other hand, if we reveal only the important information, then others will only aware about that information. In this case, it is harder to know about how this information is actually true. Also it is not easier for the researcher, business and academic purpose for future use. I fwe don't have the full information, the we need tot invest time, hust to find out the how the information has came. In that case, it is not too much benificial for the other people.
Though we need to keep the secret information safely but we also need to share as much as possible for better future results. And we obviously need to share information to each other specially on the academic. It will help people to grow and be more acknowledged.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You present a clear preference for sharing information, especially in “I believe that it is helpful to share information as much as possible,” and you give a relevant reason: access to existing research can save time and support improvement. However, the discussion of the opposing view is not fully explained. The point that some information may be important or valuable is mostly restated, rather than supported with a reason such as commercial confidentiality, privacy, or safety. Your example about building on previous research is relevant but general, and the conclusion adds little development. To strengthen the response, explain both sides with specific examples and make your position clear throughout, including how you would balance openness with protecting sensitive information.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs presenting contrasting views, and a conclusion. Linking phrases such as “For example,” “On the other hand,” and “Though” help signal the direction of ideas. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes unclear, and several points repeat the claim that sharing information helps future work. The second body paragraph is particularly difficult to follow: “if we reveal only the important information” is followed by an explanation that does not clearly establish why this approach might be preferred. Some connections are also awkward, such as “Otherwise” being used to introduce consequences. Organise each paragraph around one clear claim, then explain and illustrate it before moving to the next point.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use a small range of topic-related vocabulary, including “research,” “information,” “improve,” and “valuable,” which makes the general subject clear. However, the vocabulary is repetitive, especially the repeated use of “information,” and some word choices or combinations are inaccurate or unnatural, such as “better reseach,” “share only few important or valuable data,” and “be more acknowledged.” There are also noticeable spelling errors, including “benifical,” “particualar,” and “hust,” which reduce the accuracy of the writing. Build a more precise range for discussing the topic—for example, terms for confidential material, research findings, and commercial interests—and check spelling and collocations carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including conditional structures such as “if we have most of the information then we can easily improve” and a contrast introduced by “Though.” However, complex sentences are often faulty, and frequent errors sometimes make the relationships between ideas difficult to understand. Examples include “There are few people who believes,” “other people thought,” and “others will only aware,” which show problems with agreement, tense, and verb forms. The sentence beginning “I fwe don't have the full information” also contains several grammatical errors that obscure its meaning. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement, verb patterns, and conditional sentences, and proofread each sentence for a complete, correctly formed clause.
