Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Student answer (Band 5.0)

The information about the academic world, business and scientific research should be share to others and it considered as good by some of its believers, while others thought diferently and according to them some of the information is too crucial to be shared freely. Both views are right on some extent as some information should not to be avoided and some crucial should aslo be given as much as possible, as it will help people in acdemia and in the business corporations.

As the information about the professionals, researches and the acdemia settings is quite good to be given as much as they can,as it will leads the persons towards the informed decisions and about the right directions they have to carry in future. For instance, A person has recently done a research on a scope of artificial intelligenece and he figured out that in todays worl if a student choses a degree relevant to it that would lead a student to the modern world so this is a good step to desiminate this information among the young scholars to make the informed decisions. while the other have firm beleifs that some information are too important to be shared, as that information would warrned others about taking the right decision at right times. For example, Trump announces that he is going to lauch his currency and that currency will lead the stock market in next 5 years.

In my opinion, Both views are right at thier point of view. Every single information is Valueable and crucial and has to be shared freely to the public for thier informed decision making. As everyone has the right to know the information equally.

To conclude that, the data should be shared widely about the acdemia, professional settings and about the corporations which is beleived by some of the pupil. As it helps people about their future decisions. and the others have opinion that some data is too important to be shared. As it saves persons from any damges. My opinion is that both the views are correct it is good to convey the information to others in possible ways.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address both positions and state an opinion, so the response is relevant to the question. The first example, about sharing research on artificial intelligence to help students choose a degree, gives a reason for openness. However, the opposing view is not explained clearly: the claim that valuable information “would warn others about taking the right decision” does not show why it should be kept private, and the example about a proposed currency is difficult to connect to that argument. Your conclusion repeats that both views are correct, but your own position is not fully resolved; saying that all information should be shared freely conflicts with the idea that some information is too valuable to disclose. Develop each side with a clear, relevant explanation and make your final position consistent.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has an introduction, a body paragraph and a conclusion, and signposts such as “For instance,” “In my opinion” and “To conclude” help identify the stages of the answer. However, the overall progression is not always clear. The main body moves from the benefits of sharing to the opposing view within one long paragraph, and the link between the currency example and the argument is unclear. Some connections are also awkward or repetitive, particularly the repeated statement that both views are right. Sentence boundaries and capitalisation—for example, “while the other…” after a full stop and “and the others have opinion…”—make the flow harder to follow. Use separate paragraphs for the two views, then a distinct opinion paragraph, and make each linking phrase express the precise relationship between ideas.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “informed decisions,” “artificial intelligence,” “stock market” and “corporations,” which helps communicate the subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, sometimes making the intended meaning difficult to understand. For example, “information about the professionals” and “a scope of artificial intelligence” are unclear, while “some information should not to be avoided” appears to express the opposite of the intended point. Spelling errors such as “diferently,” “acdemia,” “beleifs” and “Valueable” are also noticeable. Aim for precise phrases such as “research findings,” “a field of artificial intelligence” and “confidential information,” and proofread spelling and word forms carefully.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt to combine ideas using clauses and reasons, as in “as it will help people…” and “as that information would…,” but complex sentences are often faulty, and the range of reliably controlled structures is limited. Errors include “should be share,” “it considered,” “it will leads,” and “some information should not to be avoided.” There are also problems with agreement and sentence construction, such as “some information are too important,” as well as inconsistent capitalisation and punctuation. These errors can make relationships between ideas difficult to follow. Practise accurate basic sentence patterns first, then build longer sentences with one clear subordinate clause. Check verb forms after modal verbs, subject–verb agreement, articles and sentence boundaries during revision.
