Student answer (Band 5.5)
Some people favour sharing information for research works, business development and academic needs without any filters or restrictions. Others, however, feel differently that sensitive and valuable information should not be shared in any case.
I do not agree on this statement that says, information should not be shared because, in some research programe the information is presious that not be publicaly shown because if any important detail will displayed people will missuse that information. On the other hand, scientists are restricting access to important data believe that some information should never be shared because it can sometimes be cause crises for the nation. It is important to hide some information such as, information about new research of weapons or bomb if this sensitive information will comes out nation have to pay a lot for unseen damaged.
On the other hand, I also belived that some amount of information should be given for education purpose only. While many organisations will public thier research by applying restriction on it. For instance, if expert economists are denied access to the state's financial data, they would neither be able to guide the nation for a better financial future nor alert the nation in case of an imminent financial crisis.
To conclude, as I belived that just share information which has needed most, otherewise no need to share any valuable information nor in free of cost or with subsription. However some information should we know as I stated above financial information should known to expert so that they can manage the upcoming crisis.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both views and give a position: you argue that sensitive material, such as weapons research, should be restricted, while some financial information should be available to experts. These examples are relevant, and the economist example explains a practical benefit of sharing. However, the position is not consistently clear: the opening says you disagree with restricting information, but the conclusion supports withholding valuable information except where needed. The discussion also focuses mainly on risks and financial data, leaving the benefits of sharing scientific and academic research less developed. To strengthen the response, state your position clearly in the introduction and develop each side with a specific reason and example before reaching a consistent conclusion.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion. Paragraphing also separates the discussion of sensitive information from the case for sharing data with experts. However, progression between ideas is sometimes difficult to follow. The first body paragraph begins with your disagreement, then shifts to reasons for restricting information, so the relationship between your position and the examples is unclear. Repeated transitions such as “On the other hand” do not always signal a genuine contrast, and the conclusion repeats earlier points rather than bringing them together. Use topic sentences that identify each paragraph’s main view, and connect examples explicitly to the claim they support.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “sensitive information,” “financial data,” “imminent financial crisis” and “restricting access.” These phrases help communicate the main subject and show some effort to use more specific language. However, the range is limited and several word-choice, collocation and spelling errors make parts of the argument harder to understand, such as “research programe,” “presious,” “missuse” and “unseen damaged.” Some expressions are also unnatural, including “share information which has needed most” and “in free of cost.” Aim to use accurate topic vocabulary and check spelling and collocations; clearer phrasing will make your ideas more precise without requiring unnecessarily advanced words.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and complex sentences, including a conditional structure in “if expert economists are denied access … they would neither be able to guide the nation nor alert the nation.” This shows an effort to express cause and consequence. However, many sentences contain errors in sentence construction, verb forms, agreement, articles and punctuation, and these sometimes make the intended meaning difficult to follow. For example, “I do not agree on this statement that says, information should not be shared” has an awkward clause structure, while “if this sensitive information will comes out” combines an incorrect verb form with a faulty conditional. Practise building accurate sentences first, especially conditional forms and clauses, then add complexity while checking each sentence’s subject and verb.
