The maps below show the centre of a small town called Islip as it is now, and plans for its development.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The given pair of maps illustrates about the modernisation of centre of a small town known as Islip which plans for their development .
Overall , It is crystal clear that main purpose for development will be to occupy the area in a useful way . In the development plan their in no change will be made in school .
At the fleeting glance , their will be main development in the main road to dual carriageway . The location of shops which are firstly along the sides of main road but their will be bus station , shopping centre , car parking will be establish . Secondly , shops will redevelop at the center along by leaving space for pedestrians only . Currently , the park occupied large area of land but it will be set up in small area without changing its location .
Moreover , their will introducing a new houses beside of a park and a straight main road constructed into dual carriageway .BY this development the high growing population can adjust easily here .
