The maps below show the centre of a small town called Islip as it is now, and plans for its development.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

THE GRAPH ILLUSTRATE ABOUT THE ISLIP TOWN CENTER BEFORE AND AFTER THE DEVELOPMENT WHICH IS QUITE IMPRESSIVE.
MOVING AHEAD THE MAJOR CHANGES WE WOULD SEE AFTER THE DEVELOPMENT WILL BE MORE NEW HOUSING WHICH MEANS THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE WILL INCREASE AND PEOPLE WILL BUY THE PROPERTY WHERE AS IT WILL INCREASE THE RAPID GROWTH OF THE POPULATION.ON THE OTHER HAND THERE WILL BE AN DUAL CARRIAGEWAY WHICH WILL REDUCE THE TRAFFIC CONJESTION AS IT WILL NOW HAVE MORE PEOPLE AND HAVE DIFFEAS IT WILL HAVE MORE CHANGES WHICH WILL NEED TO BE MORE CONCIOUS AS NOW THEY WILL DIFFERNET CENTER AND SPOT.
ON THE OTHER HAND THERE WILL BE AND PEDESTRIANS ONLY WHICH COULD HELP THEM TO DETAIN MORE CURIOUS WHERE AS THERE WOULD BE AN CAR PARK SPOT WHERE NOW PEOPLE WOULD NOT HAVE ANY KIND OF PROBLEM RELATED TO CAR PARK WHERE AS IN PLANNED DEVELOPMENT IT HAS VARIOUS CHANGES WHICH COULD ENHANCE THE BEAUTY OF THE TOWN.
