In this current era of scientifical and technological progress, we find ourselves in a modern world, where businesses are presenting their products are new in some way in their advertising compains. It is crucial, because different people around the world have not same levels of intelligence, preseptions, and mindsets regarding the statement.

According to me, there are two types of groups: group A and group B, The comunity of group A believes that In their advertising, businesses nowadays usually emphasise that their products are new in some way is positive development for the comunity becaise in the advanced technology people want upgrade in their lifes, for example, Apple, they always present their i-phones in a innovative way like by adding new colours, sizes.

on the other hand, the comunity of group B believes that it is a negative development because according to them local businesses should need to sell latest technology products not just piece of shit in the market from which retailers loss their clients by selling those products. For example, Q-Mobile, they launch android mobiles, when no one is selling andoid mobiles in such a cheap prices, but they don't spend money on research and development to bring new advance technology in their smart phones, in the end they shut down the business.

In conclusion: businesses are representing their products in a way that customers think its a new product.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

The response addresses both parts of the task by discussing why businesses emphasise newness in their advertising and offering a personal opinion on whether this is a positive or negative development. The writer attempts to present two opposing views through 'group A' and 'group B' and concludes with a definitive stance. However, the development of ideas is limited and somewhat confused by unconventional terminology, such as dividing the public into 'group A' and 'group B'. The reasoning provided for the negative view includes inappropriate language and lacks formal academic depth. While the position is stated, it lacks the fully extended and supported argumentation expected at higher bands. Therefore, a Band 5.5 is appropriate as the task is addressed, but the ideas remain underdeveloped and unclearly articulated in parts.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0

The response demonstrates some organisation with clear attempts to structure an essay, including introductory, body, and concluding sections. However, overall progression is hindered by poor paragraphing and mechanical transitions. The division into 'group A' and 'group B' creates an awkward structural flow, and sentences within paragraphs are sometimes run-on or disjointed. Cohesive devices are used, but they are often basic or awkwardly placed, such as 'According to me,' and 'on the other hand,' leading to repetitive and choppy reading. Referencing is occasionally unclear, particularly with pronoun usage and abrupt shifts between ideas. This level of organisation aligns with the Band 5 descriptors, where some structural progression is evident, but cohesion is frequently faulty and mechanical.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary used is limited and contains noticeable errors that occasionally impede understanding or distract the reader. While the writer attempts some less common vocabulary, such as 'scientifical', 'innovative', and 'strategy', these are frequently marred by spelling and word-choice mistakes (e.g., 'compains' instead of campaigns, 'reseptions' instead of perceptions, and the colloquial, inappropriate phrasing 'piece of shit'). Words are sometimes misused in context, reflecting a lack of precision. Although the vocabulary is minimally adequate to convey basic concepts related to advertising and business, the frequency of lexical errors places this response firmly in the Band 5 category.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but control over grammar and punctuation is weak. Frequent errors are present throughout the text, including comma splices, missing articles, incorrect prepositions, and faulty agreement (e.g., 'businesses are presenting their products are new', 'people have not same levels', 'businesses should need to sell'). Sentences attempting complexity often become tangled, resulting in structural errors that require the reader to slow down. Punctuation is also problematic, with incorrect capitalization and comma usage in places like 'In conclusion: businesses...'. These frequent grammatical errors are characteristic of the Band 5 descriptor, where frequent errors can cause some difficulty for the reader.
