Student answer (Band 4.5)

Nowadays, people argue about businesses, that usually emphasise on advertisemnet that their products are new in different way. this essay will examine both view and my point of view will be given below.

Advertisement is a good sign from the very beggining. Businesses usually emphasis that their products are new in several way. this is matter surprising that they are trying to sell their goods by confirming us that they ar new. Confirmation of new thing is surprising to the regular consumer.like walton company offer buy one get one meanwhile they did not reduce the prize ,they just double it to get the best sell and it hapeened many people bought the package as it became the super offer to all batchelor.

In present days, businesses in the advertisement confirm that their product new but different draw back are found in past. by giving advertisement wrong can play a crutical part to our society. fake promises through advertisement is harmful for a huge people. Digital scamming become more free nowadays . advertisement company do not think about the coutry. They are here to make their own money by advertising.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

You attempt to address both why businesses stress novelty and whether this is positive or negative, and you include examples such as Walton’s offer and a village resident’s fake advertisement. However, the reasons are not clearly explained: the Walton example describes a promotion but does not show why businesses emphasise that products are new. Your position is also difficult to identify. You call advertising “a good sign” but later focus on harmful deception, and the conclusion does not clearly state whether the development is positive or negative. The discussion therefore responds only minimally to the central questions. State your view directly, then develop one or two relevant reasons with clear explanations and examples linked to novelty in advertising.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

There is an attempt to organise the response into paragraphs, moving from an introduction to positive and negative points and then a conclusion. Basic linking expressions such as “In present days” and “in conclusion” also signal stages of the discussion. However, the progression between ideas is often unclear: the first body paragraph shifts from novelty to a buy-one-get-one offer, while the next moves from misleading advertising to digital scams without explaining the connections. References such as “this” and “it” are sometimes difficult to follow, and the conclusion ends without completing the argument. Use each paragraph to develop one clear point, connect examples explicitly to that point, and ensure the final paragraph summarises a definite position.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

Your vocabulary is basic and often repetitive, with frequent reliance on “advertisement,” “new,” and “businesses.” You do attempt topic-related expressions such as “fake promises” and “regular consumer,” which help communicate the general subject. However, inaccurate word choice and spelling often strain the reader, as in “emphasis” where the verb “emphasise” is needed, “prize” for “price,” and “dengerous” for “dangerous.” Some phrases are also unclear or unnatural, including “Advertisement is a good sign from the very beginning” and “Digital scamming become more free.” Build a more precise range for discussing marketing, consumer trust, and product innovation, and check spelling and collocations carefully.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

The response mainly uses short, simple statements, with a few attempts to join ideas using “that,” “though,” and “if.” However, grammatical errors are frequent and sometimes make relationships between ideas difficult to understand. Examples include “Businesses usually emphasis that their products are new,” “their product new,” and “fake promises through advertisement is harmful,” which show problems with verb forms, missing verbs, and subject–verb agreement. Sentence boundaries and punctuation are also unreliable, particularly in the opening and in “in my perspective advertisement effects is numerious,is not easy to write down in a line.” Practise accurate simple sentences first, then add controlled complex structures. Check that each sentence has a complete verb and that subjects and verbs agree.
