Student answer (Band 5.0)

Many companies uses this method to advertise their product as there are so many companies around us and we want to buy the products of that companies who accomplish our needs . Nowadays we have so many choices and want the best one so when the companies advertise their products they claim that the feature their product have are unique and on one else product give you such a benefit that it can be. Why is this is an important question because every businessman want that their business was on peek and no one in the market can attain that position . Now the world has become globle village and people are connected through internet . Businesss has a big advantage of internet as they can advertise their producys on internet more effectively and afficiently. To advertise their is product is more important nowadays if you do not advertise your product then only peope from your city can new about your company but if you advertise your companie's product on the web sities then many people can view it and able to buy it.

I think it is quite positive to advertise your products but some times people make fake accounts and they can use your company's name to illeagly earn money or defate your company's reputation . But I think its a positive development in market as it's do not limit the business in it's town or city . It expand your buisness beyond limits and make you shine.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address both questions: you suggest that businesses highlight novelty to stand out among many competitors and reach customers online, and you state that this is generally positive because it can expand a business beyond its local area. These are relevant points, but the explanation remains limited and some claims are unclear. For example, the opening says companies claim their products have unique features, but does not explain why consumers respond to this or how novelty influences purchasing. The discussion of fake accounts and damage to a company’s reputation introduces a possible drawback, yet it is not clearly connected to the main issue of emphasising new products. Develop each reason with a specific explanation or example, and make the overall evaluation more consistently supported.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

There is some organisation: the response moves from reasons for novelty-based advertising to the benefits and risks of online promotion, then gives a positive conclusion. Paragraph breaks help distinguish these stages. However, progression within paragraphs is difficult to follow, and links between ideas are often unclear. The opening shifts quickly from competition to consumer choice and then to unique features, while the second paragraph combines market ambition, global connectivity and internet advertising without showing how each point leads to the next. Connectors such as “because” and “but” are used, but they do not always clarify the relationship between claims. Use a clearer sequence—reason one, reason two, then evaluation—and make each paragraph focus on one main idea with explicit links.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “advertise,” “products,” “market,” “business,” and “reputation,” so the main subject is generally recognisable. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations make meaning less clear, such as “accomplish our needs,” “on peek,” and “shine.” There are also noticeable spelling errors, including “globle,” “producys,” “afficiently,” and “illeagly,” which reduce the clarity and accuracy of the message. Aim for more precise business and advertising language, and check spelling carefully. For instance, explain that companies want to “meet consumer needs” or “gain a competitive advantage,” rather than relying on vague expressions.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including clauses introduced by “as,” “because,” and “if.” This shows an effort to explain causes and conditions. However, the range is limited, and frequent errors in agreement, verb forms, articles and sentence construction sometimes make the reader work to understand your meaning. Examples include “Many companies uses,” “the feature their product have,” and “Businesss has a big advantage.” The sentence beginning “Why is this is an important question” also has an incorrect structure, while several sentences run together without clear punctuation. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement and build longer sentences from a clear main clause, checking that each clause has a complete and correctly formed verb.
