Student answer (Band 5.0)
The given statement describe that now a days businesses are emphasise their products by advertising in markets. I agree with the given statement because its a positive development in business.
Any businesses company that advertises a new products into market, it developed a positive affect on their sale. As mostly people are unaware the qualities of that product as it launched by the company they published their features, through this publications of features means to spread qualities of that features to these peoples who want to get advanced features products. It helps a lot to the business of company because as people buy a lot because it increases the demands of that product.
For example, the people of my villages buy that products that they knew about their qualties through their advertisement. As my uncle bought a smartphone last month after seeing a lot of advertisement of different companies not just companies but the qualities of front and back camera, memory, bettery timing, weight of phone, and capacity of charger. Ater review all things he buy a vivo company phone that is working well still and my uncle is happy on his decision to chose this company and their latest model. Its prove that advertisement is necessary for company to sold out their products in market, as its demand increase throgh this and it help the company to acheive a high rank award in sale.
According to the given example its prove advertisement is necessary for one company to increase their sale in the market because without advertisement mostly peoples are unaware of the products that come in market new. So i think a company should be continue a this advertisement to suceed in their businesses.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You give a clear overall view that advertising new products is positive, and your example of your uncle choosing a smartphone after seeing its features is relevant to the topic. However, the response only partly addresses the question: it explains how advertising can increase sales, but gives little explanation of why businesses specifically emphasise that products are new. The positive effects are also developed mainly through one example, while possible drawbacks or a fuller explanation of the benefits are absent. To strengthen the response, explain businesses’ motives—for example, attracting attention in a competitive market—and develop your position with more than one reason and supporting detail.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a basic paragraph structure: an introduction, a paragraph about sales and product information, a personal example, and a concluding opinion. The smartphone example follows the point about advertising helping consumers learn about features, so there is some logical connection between ideas. However, progression is repetitive: the conclusion repeats that advertising is necessary and increases sales without adding a new insight. Linking phrases such as “For example” and “According to the given example” are used, but the latter is awkward and the references in the long example are sometimes unclear. Organise the body around distinct reasons, and use clearer transitions and pronouns to show how each point relates to the question.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “advertisement,” “features,” “demands,” and “latest model,” which helps communicate the general subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, sometimes making the meaning difficult to follow. For instance, “positive affect on their sale” does not express the intended idea naturally, and “achieve a high rank award in sale” is unclear. Spelling errors such as “qual ties,” “bettery,” and “throgh” also reduce accuracy. Build a more precise set of phrases for marketing and consumer behaviour, and check spelling and word forms when editing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences with reasons, such as the sentence beginning “As mostly people are unaware…”. This shows an effort to connect ideas, but complex sentences are often faulty, and errors occur frequently in basic structures. Examples include “The given statement describe,” “businesses are emphasise,” and “he buy,” where subject–verb agreement or verb forms are incorrect. Articles, plurals, and sentence boundaries also need attention, as in “a new products” and the run-on ending “latest model. Its prove”. Practise forming accurate simple sentences first, then combine them using one clear subordinate clause at a time; proofread agreement, tense, and punctuation.
