Student answer (Band 5.0)
In their advertising, businesses nowadays usually highlighted that their products are new in some way. I think it is a positive development according to my perspective.
Globally, nowdays many businesses emphasise our brand products are in some new ways. Because large brands fully focus on futures interests of audience. For instance, louis vuition is very famous brand for expensivness and designs of products. In 2026, Louis Vuition keep changes in advertising and try to explore new advertising ways of their products. Like, Rolex is very popular brand for its high watch prices and for quality of it. But Rolex nowdays, figuring out their advertising. Rolex launch new models after someone like, famous athlete's promotes product in add of this brand in different social media platforms. It creates a big impact in people to buy these products in every situation.
On the other side, at present time every single brand in the world struggle to dominate competitive brand in their field. For example, one8 is very demanding shoes brand in india. And virat kholi owns this brand. They give high payments to different players for advertisement because their shoes brand compete with adidas and few months ago one8 cross 50 crore revenue in mid of this year.
In conclusion, It is very positive idea to emphasise their products into different ways of advertising for businesses. Addtionally, i suggest to every type of business brand make sure before advertising if product solves the life problems of people then continue to advertise their product in so.e new ways.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You state a clear positive view in the introduction and conclusion, and you offer examples involving Louis Vuitton, Rolex and One8 to explain why brands promote novelty and compete for customers. However, the response only partly answers the task: the reasons are not clearly explained, and the examples often describe advertising or brand popularity without showing specifically how emphasising that a product is new benefits businesses. The positive-versus-negative judgement is asserted rather than weighed against any possible drawbacks. The response is also 247 words, three words below the required minimum; the eight words copied from the prompt are not counted. Develop each reason with a clear explanation and a relevant, specific example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The response has an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion, so the reader can identify its broad structure. The two body paragraphs also attempt to separate brand promotion from competition. However, progression within them is difficult to follow: the discussion moves from Louis Vuitton to Rolex and then to One8 without clearly linking each example to a developed reason. Connectors such as “On the other side” suggest a contrast, but the second body paragraph does not present an opposing view. Some sentences are fragments, including “Because large brands fully focus on futures interests of audience,” which interrupts the flow. Use topic sentences that state one reason, then explain and illustrate it, and make transitions reflect the actual relationship between ideas.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some task-relevant vocabulary, including “advertising,” “competitive,” “revenue,” “models” and “social media platforms,” and the reader can generally understand the topic. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or repetitive, such as “futures interests of audience,” “high watch prices” and “in every situation.” Spelling errors—including “nowdays,” “expensivness,” “Vuition” and “Addtionally”—also reduce accuracy and can distract the reader. Aim for precise phrases such as “changing consumer preferences,” “premium-priced watches” and “influencer endorsements.” Check brand names and spelling carefully, and avoid repeating “brand” and “advertising” where a more specific term would make the meaning clearer.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, and some basic statements communicate your meaning, such as “It creates a big impact in people to buy these products.” However, control is inconsistent, and errors in verb forms, sentence construction, articles and agreement sometimes make ideas difficult to follow. For example, “Rolex keep changes” needs a singular verb and a clearer construction, while “Rolex launch new models after someone like, famous athlete's promotes product” has several problems with clause structure and agreement. “Because large brands fully focus…” is an incomplete sentence. Practise building complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, and check tense and singular/plural agreement. More accurate complex sentences would help you explain cause and effect.
