Student answer (Band 4.5)

At the current movement, the growth of some states includes a relatively huge number of eighteen plus people, compared with the number of fifty plus people. In this eassy, the advantages of young adults is outweigh the disadvantages because in my experience youny adult is more energatic and strong mid set as compared to older people. For example, popluation of young individuals state grouth economy easily due to the young mind set, but if we see in other old persons state they have more experiences.

The large number of young adults have more benifits of the state because they manage every work easily of high potential energy. For example, younge people carry huge weight but old people can't carry easily. Therefore, they are modern in current sutuation and know every type of modern skills and mechnical usage but old people don't know moderan tecnical skills. For example, in this world youngstar also called Genz and the Genz use every skill with out any effort.

On the other side the number of old individuals have a lort of life experiences and young have not because the old persons have hole life experiences and manage own work with experience easily. For example, young person may be some earrors in work but old person have work experience. Old individuals more active health because they work physically but young individuals work in a mechines.

In my point of view young people have more advantages as compared to old person because young is energatic and old have work experiences also young manage every wory without any effort and old person work physically.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

The response addresses the prompt by attempting to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of having a large young adult population. The writer takes a clear position, stating that the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. However, the development of ideas is limited and repetitive. For instance, the argument that young people are 'energatic' and can 'carry huge weight' is simplistic and under-developed. While all parts of the task are touched upon, the supporting examples are weak and border on superficial generalisations. Furthermore, the confusion between economic growth and physical strength limits the depth of the argument. Therefore, this performance aligns closely with Band 5 descriptors, where ideas are limited and partially developed.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0

The text shows some organisation into paragraphs, separating the introduction, advantages, disadvantages, and conclusion. However, there is a lack of clear overall progression and logical flow. Cohesive devices are used awkwardly or repetitively, such as the constant reliance on 'For example' and 'Therefore', which often introduce unrelated or faulty logical connections. Paragraphing is attempted, but internal cohesion within paragraphs is frequently disrupted by abrupt shifts in topic and poor referencing. For example, moving directly from physical weight to technical skills without transition creates a disjointed reading experience. These features reflect the Band 5 level.

Lexical Resource — Band 4.0

The vocabulary used is basic and repetitive, frequently impeded by major spelling and word-choice errors. Examples include 'movement' instead of 'moment', 'eassy' instead of 'essay', 'youny' instead of 'young', 'energatic' instead of 'energetic', 'popluation' instead of 'population', and 'tecnical' instead of 'technical'. While the writer attempts some less common terms like 'Genz' and 'mechnical usage', these are marred by inaccuracies and colloquial spellings that occasionally cause difficulty for the reader. The limited range and frequent errors place this response firmly at Band 4.0 for lexical resource.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0

Grammatical control is weak throughout the response. The writer relies heavily on simple sentence structures, and attempts at complex or compound sentences often result in severe structural faults and lack of subject-verb agreement, such as 'young adult is more energatic' and 'population of young individuals state grouth economy easily'. Punctuation is frequently omitted or misused, and run-on sentences are common, for instance, 'For example, popluation of young individuals state grouth economy easily due to the young mind set, but if we see in other old persons state they have more experiences.' These frequent errors heavily strain the reader and correspond to a Band 4.0 score.
