Student answer (Band 5.5)

Currently status, the citizens of a few nations involve a relatively many teenagers rather than the number of older people. I believe the benefits outweight of drawback.

On the one hand, there are numerous advantage to include young adults in countries. The crucial benefit is work force in different sector. When a countries have available young adults, every work can finish easily. Young people can hard work every situation. A company a tenth older people complete a work on one week, while these work young people can complete five days. As a result, company saves a large amount of money. In addition, another benefit is teenagers may able to create new idea difficulties situation. This is smart era, many young people expert on digital technology and they use this technogy can finish critical work.

On the other hand, a large number of young individuals include a contries. It has some disadvantage such as, unemployment and pressure public service. When a countries have many people to compare the work opportunities, these country people face several issues. For example, In Bangladsh, there are many educated person is unemployed due to exessive population. Many people face different problems such as foods, habitats, and treatment and so on. In addition, government can unable to pressure public service properly. If in a country stay spare population, they may face difficulties in their daily life, such as a jobholder go to his office they might late due to excessive traffic.

In conclusion, while including a large amount of young adult comes disadvantage such as unemployment and pressure public service, I contend that the benefits particularly good opprtunity in work force also create a new unique idea instantly.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address both sides of the question and state a clear view in the introduction and conclusion: you believe the benefits outweigh the drawbacks. The points about young workers helping companies and young people’s digital skills are relevant, as are unemployment and pressure on public services. However, some ideas are asserted rather than fully explained. For example, the comparison between older and younger workers completing a task would be stronger with a clearer, realistic example, and the point about new ideas is not developed beyond technology. The disadvantages paragraph also shifts from unemployment and services to traffic without clearly linking these effects to a young population. Explain the causal links and support your main reasons more fully.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for advantages and disadvantages, and a conclusion. Signposting such as “On the one hand,” “On the other hand,” and “In conclusion” helps readers follow the argument. Within paragraphs, however, progression is sometimes uneven and connections between claims are not always clear. For instance, the discussion moves from unemployment and public services to traffic, while the relationship between a larger young population and each problem needs to be made explicit. Some linking phrases, including “In addition,” introduce points without showing how they relate to the previous idea. Use clearer topic sentences and connect each example directly to the claim it supports; this would make the organisation more consistently logical.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main argument, including “work force,” “unemployment,” “public service,” and “digital technology.” There are also attempts to express specific ideas, such as “educated person is unemployed.” However, word choice, spelling, and collocation errors are noticeable and sometimes make the meaning less clear. Examples include “Currently status,” “outweight of drawback,” “technogy,” and “pressure public service.” Several words are also repeated, particularly “young people” and “many.” Aim to learn common word partnerships and check spelling and word forms; for example, use “a large proportion of the population” rather than “a relatively many teenagers,” and “put pressure on public services” rather than “pressure public service.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and complex sentence forms, including conditional structures such as “If in a country stay spare population” and a reason clause beginning “When a countries have…”. This shows an effort to vary sentence patterns, and the main argument can generally be understood. However, some errors in sentence structure, agreement, articles, and verb forms reduce clarity. For example, “a countries have” has incorrect agreement, while “teenagers may able to create” is missing a verb form. The conditional sentence about population is also difficult to follow because its word order and structure are incomplete. Practise building accurate clauses with a clear subject and verb, and check singular/plural agreement and articles. More reliable control of these patterns would make your ideas easier to read.
