Developed and affluent countries have the state of the art railway lines routes that terminates almost everywhere in the country however the individuals living there always enquire from their government that there are several places with no train routes for instance in city like new york there is no railways that goes straight to dellas texas perhaps having one of the most biggest public transport residents enquire about this . This is why people think they understand the significance and the funds should go for the construction of new lines .

in contrast Asians countries such as Pakistan,India and Bangladesh individuals of these countries consider that the government should raise funds for existing public transport instead rather constructing

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The response addresses both sides of the argument and provides a personal opinion, meeting the basic requirements of the task. However, the development of ideas is limited. The discussion regarding developed countries is somewhat confusing, particularly the example of New York to Dallas, which lacks clarity. The section on developing countries is more relevant but remains brief. The position is stated but lacks depth in its justification. To improve, you should ensure that each point is fully extended with clear, logical reasoning and more precise examples that directly support your argument.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The essay is organised into paragraphs, but the flow between ideas is often disjointed. Cohesive devices are used, but they are sometimes mechanical or incorrectly placed, such as 'in addition in the conclusion my opinion will be placed'. The referencing is occasionally unclear, making it difficult for the reader to follow the progression of your argument. To improve, focus on using a wider variety of linking words more naturally and ensure that each paragraph has a clear topic sentence that guides the reader through your logic.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the precision and range required for higher bands. There are several instances of awkward collocations and word choice errors, such as 'state of the art railway lines routes that terminates' and 'most biggest'. Some phrasing is repetitive or unnatural. To achieve a higher score, work on using more sophisticated vocabulary and ensure that your word choices are contextually appropriate. Focus on learning common collocations related to transport and infrastructure to improve your fluency.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout. Issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'routes that terminates'), missing articles, and incorrect word order. Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with spacing and comma usage. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to distract the reader. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, subject-verb agreement, and the correct use of articles before attempting more complex grammatical structures.
