To begin with, increase in the the railway line it can reduce the obstacle of train delay by which people can reach before time. it can helpful in an emergency situation for people who can not afford own vehicles. in increase of railways track it can prevent from accidents such as, train crash etc.
On the other hand, improvment in existing public transportation make easy and comfortable journey of individuals who are travelling by it. moreover, govermont should take care about cleanliness at transport station like, bus station and railway station where it can be harmful of public. for example, enhance the condition of bus or increase seats in it then several people will travel at a same time.
From my perspective, I think that both ideas having benefits to human being. But improving public

Therefore , I opine that government should focus in improving standards of public transportation.since, by local transportation individuals can cover distance in their own city . Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses both views and provides a clear personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. For instance, the arguments regarding high-speed rail are brief and lack specific examples or logical depth. The discussion on public transport is more developed but remains somewhat repetitive. While the prompt is addressed, the ideas could be extended further to reach a higher band. The position is consistent throughout, but the supporting evidence is not always clearly linked to the main arguments, leading to a somewhat superficial treatment of the topic.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organised into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate. For example, 'The vieues are discussed further in below pragraphs' is an awkward transition. Referencing is sometimes unclear, such as the use of 'his' in the introduction, which does not clearly refer to the previous sentence. While there is an attempt to use linking words like 'Moreover' and 'Nevertheless', the flow between sentences is frequently interrupted by grammatical errors, making the progression of ideas feel disjointed at times.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the range and precision required for higher bands. There are several instances of incorrect word choice and collocation, such as 'In various nation' (should be 'nations') and 'obstacle of train delay'. The student relies on basic vocabulary and struggles with word forms, such as 'improvment' and 'govermont'. While the meaning is generally clear, the lack of variety and the frequent errors in spelling and word choice limit the score in this criterion.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a high frequency of grammatical errors that affect the readability of the text. There are consistent issues with subject-verb agreement ('railway line have it own benefit'), article usage ('the the railway line'), and sentence structure ('if having better quality of transportation then it is easy'). While there is an attempt to use complex sentences, they are often faulty, leading to confusion. The punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with spacing around commas and periods. These frequent errors require the reader to make an effort to understand the intended meaning.
