Student answer (Band 6.0)
The system of transportation in every country plays a vital role in his level of living. Better ways of taking care of people can also be determined through their best services given to the public for their ease. Both opinions have their own pros and cons nevertheless of their execution.
On the one hand, people who are in the right of constructing new railway lines for better experience of transportation should have to spend certainly a large sum of money as per the inflation boosting rates. New projects always demand a high-profile policy acceptance and political harmony to initiate it. For developing countries, it is never less than a challenge.
On the other hand, people who believes that the money should have to be spent on the improvement of the existing public transportation have their rational preceptive as they know the current economic conditions of the developing nations. Innovation demands a large sum of money in respect of development anywhere in the world.
In my opinion, i will vehemently support the other hand believers on account of the example of Pakistan railways failure matched with this background. For instance, the logistic shift to PIA from Pakistan railways demolish the governmental facility to the public.
In conclusion, developed countries are able to shift their transportation system without any compulsion but for the underdeveloped countries and developing countries it cannot be like a cup of tea. Furthermore, the economic system directly linked to the initiative of new projects in any country. Enhancement of existing public facilities are a game of less expenses . in my preceptive government should with that type of events .

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both sides of the argument and provides a clear personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is limited. While you mention the economic challenges of developing nations, the arguments remain somewhat superficial. For instance, the example regarding Pakistan Railways is mentioned but not fully explained or linked clearly to the broader debate about infrastructure investment versus maintenance. To improve, you should expand on the 'why' and 'how' behind your arguments, providing more detailed reasoning for why improving existing systems might be more sustainable or cost-effective than building new high-speed lines.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, and there is a clear progression of ideas. You use some cohesive devices such as 'On the one hand' and 'In conclusion' to signal shifts in the argument. However, some transitions are mechanical or slightly awkward, such as 'nevertheless of their execution' or 'in my preceptive'. Additionally, the referencing is occasionally unclear, which makes some sentences difficult to follow. Improving the variety and precision of your linking words will help the flow of your writing feel more natural and sophisticated.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, but it lacks the precision and range required for a higher band. There are several instances of non-standard word choices or awkward collocations, such as 'rational preceptive' (likely meaning 'rational perspective') and 'a cup of tea' (an idiom that is too informal for an academic essay). Furthermore, phrases like 'his level of living' and 'best services given' are slightly unnatural. To reach a higher band, focus on using more academic collocations and ensuring that your word choices are contextually appropriate.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay demonstrates a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede clarity. Common issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'people who believes'), incorrect preposition usage, and awkward phrasing (e.g., 'government should with that type of events'). While the meaning is generally understandable, the frequency of these errors prevents the writing from reaching a higher band. You should focus on proofreading for basic grammatical accuracy, particularly with verb forms and sentence construction, to ensure your ideas are expressed clearly.
