IELTS Writing Task 2 question
In a number of countries, some people think it is necessary to spend large sums of money on constructing new railway lines for very fast trains between cities. Others believe the money should be spent on improving existing public transport.
Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.
Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Nowadays, transports are very much useful for the local citizens in numerous countries.In multiple countries citizens think that it is important to spend large amount of money in building new railway tracks for very fast trains in between the cities whereas others people perpestive is to spent expensives on improving current public transport. As far as i m concerned , i believed there are numerous reasons for this which i will explain in the upcoming paragraphs culminating inta a well-founded conclusion.

The text shows an attempt at organisation by providing an introductory paragraph with formulaic transition phrases such as 'To begin with' and 'As far as i m concerned'. However, the overall arrangement breaks down abruptly as the essay cuts off mid-sentence in the second paragraph. Paragraphing is faulty because the response is incomplete and lacks proper body paragraphs. Cohesive devices are repetitive and mechanical. Based on the overall structure and the abrupt ending, the text aligns with Band 4 descriptors.
Lexical Resource — Band 4.0
The vocabulary used is basic and repetitive, with several spelling and word-choice errors, such as 'transports' instead of 'transportation', 'perpestive' instead of 'perspective', 'spent expensives' instead of 'spending', and 'culminating inta' instead of 'into'.
