well with the increasing number of papulation we need more resources of transportation.
however when this pragrame will work we can ask for funds from differen orgination this will lead towords the international relation and progress.By hiring there ingeneers will help our staff to adopt the new techonolgies.
so it will be helpful for the common man to reac the destination in time. This is this the fastest medium of transportation and to tamove the heavy stuff .I strongly belive inesting money in new projects will be more fruitful.
As a metor of fact I have observe that in many modern countries this train system is playing a sigificant role.we can not deny the importance of railway network .its a great progect which can gine a boost to the economy of the countery. Its an long term investment.it will definitely generate revenue for the country.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response attempts to discuss both views regarding spending money on new fast railway lines versus improving existing public transport, and it provides a clear personal opinion that investing in new projects is more fruitful. However, the task is significantly compromised by failing to meet the minimum word count requirement, coming in at 232 words against the 250-word minimum. This results in under-developed ideas, particularly in the exploration of the alternative view regarding existing public transport. While points are made about job opportunities and economic boost, the arguments remain somewhat limited and repetitive. Consequently, the response aligns best with a Band 5 descriptor for failing to fully address the breadth of the task due to length and under-development.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 4.0
The text is divided into several short paragraphs, but the overall organisation lacks a clear, logical progression. There are severe issues with basic mechanics, such as missing capital letters at the start of sentences ('In every countery...', 'it can be get...'), lack of spaces after periods, and erratic paragraph breaks that divide closely related ideas. Cohesive devices are minimal, mechanical, or misused (e.g., 'As a metor of fact', 'well with the increasing'). Referencing is frequently unclear, making the flow disjointed and difficult for the reader to follow. These flaws place the response firmly in the Band 4 category, as information and ideas are not arranged coherently enough for a higher score.
Lexical Resource — Band 4.0
The vocabulary used is basic and repetitive, with frequent spelling errors that stem from phonetical spelling rather than advanced control (e.g., 'countery' for country, 'prespective' for perspective, 'alredy' for already, 'maintance' for maintenance, 'viatl' for vital, 'captil' for capital, 'papulation' for population, 'pragrame' for programme, 'differen' for different, 'orgination' for organisation, 'towords' for towards, 'ingeneers' for engineers, 'techonolgies' for technologies, 'reac' for reach, 'tamove' for remove, 'inesting' for investing, 'metor' for matter, 'observe' for observed, 'sigificant' for significant, 'progect' for project, 'gine' for give, 'essional' for essential). These pervasive spelling and word-choice errors severely strain the reader and reflect a limited vocabulary range, fitting the Band 4 descriptors.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0
The writing demonstrates a very limited range of grammatical structures. Simple sentences dominate, and attempts at complex structures are consistently faulty (e.g., 'if goverment will start new projects for the train track .it will be helpful', 'By hiring there ingeneers will help our staff'). Punctuation and capitalization are largely neglected throughout the text, with periods placed incorrectly and sentences running together or fragmenting unnaturally. Errors are extremely frequent, often distorting meaning and causing significant difficulty for the reader. This performance aligns with the Band 4 criteria for grammatical range and accuracy.
