Many people believe that , investing money in railway line is a better option for quick train between teo places. however , i believe that its better to invest on existing public transport .
first of all, it is worth considering that investing on existing public transpost has many advantages suc as investing on existance transport will minimise the investement and also enviorment friendly , case in point . if we invest on new railway subsequently it need space for that we have to cut the trees fourthermore it will undergo through many challanges like metal and concreate . while it is better to invest on existing transport that will be pocket friendly and we can also invest on other transport such as road due to its less cost moreover we are also not going disturb natural habitat.xcvbnmmm,,,,..

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
The response fails to meet the minimum word count requirement of 250 words, stopping at only 138 words. Because of this severe under-length, the task cannot be fully developed. While the writer briefly touches upon both views—mentioning high-speed trains versus improving existing public transport—and attempts to state a personal opinion ('i believe that its better to invest on existing public transport'), the arguments are extremely limited, highly generalised, and lack adequate support or extension. According to the band descriptors, responding to the task minimally and failing to develop the required parts places this performance in Band 4.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0
The response lacks clear overall progression and logical organisation. The text is divided into only two very short paragraphs, and the second paragraph consists of a single, run-on sentence stringing multiple ideas together ('first of all, it is worth considering...'). Cohesive devices are used in a faulty and mechanical manner, such as the incorrect punctuation and capitalisation around transition phrases ('however , i believe', 'case in point .'). Paragraphing is insufficient for an academic essay, and referencing is often unclear, resulting in a text that is difficult to follow. This aligns best with the Band 4 descriptor where information and ideas are not arranged coherently.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.0
Vocabulary usage is basic, repetitive, and restricted. The writer relies heavily on simple words and phrases such as 'investing money', 'better option', and 'public transport'. There are numerous spelling and word-choice errors, including 'teo' instead of 'two', 'transpost' instead of 'transport', 'existance' instead of 'existing', 'enviorment' instead of 'environment', 'fourthermore' instead of 'furthermore', and 'concreate' instead of 'concrete'. Furthermore, random keyboard mashing ('xcvbnmmm,,,,..') severely detracts from the lexical quality. These frequent errors strain the reader and reflect a Band 4 level.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.0
The grammatical range is extremely limited, consisting mostly of poorly controlled simple or faulty complex structures. There is a complete lack of control over punctuation and capitalisation, with missing capital letters for the pronoun 'i' and spaces incorrectly placed before commas and periods. Sentences contain frequent grammatical errors, such as 'subsequently it need space' (missing subject-verb agreement) and 'it will undergo through many challanges' (incorrect prepositional usage). The density of errors and structural inadequacies causes frequent strain and distortion of meaning, which corresponds to a Band 4 score.
