IELTS Writing Task 2 question

In a number of countries, some people think it is necessary to spend large sums of money on constructing new railway lines for very fast trains between cities. Others believe the money should be spent on improving existing public transport.

Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

IN A NUMBER NATIONS, SOME OF OPINE THAT IT IMPORTANT TO SPEND MOST OF AMOUNT ON BUILD NEW RAILWAY LINE FOR VERY QUICK TRAINS BETWEEN URBAN AREAS. BUT OTHERS THINK THAT MONEY SHOULD BE DISTRIBUTE LARGE SUMS OF MONEY ON IMPROVING CURRENT PUBLIC SERVICES. IN THE FORTHCOMING PARAGRAPHS, I HAVE DISCUSSED BOTH THE VIEWS AND GIVEN MY OPINION AT THE AND.

TAKING INTO ACCOUNT FIRST VIEW,BECAUSE OF TRANSPORT PROBLEMS SOME OF THE INDIVIDUALS LIVE IN FAR AWAY FROM THEIR WORKS SO FAST TRAINS REDUCE A TIME BECAUSE IT MAKE EASIER FOR WORKERS TO TRAVEL. SOME OF ONES NOT WORRIES ABOUT THE TIME AND EASY FOR THEM TO REACH ON TIME . THEY, CAIMLY DO THEIR WORK IN TRAIN AND IT'S BENEFICIAL .

NOW CONSIDERING SECOND VIEW, SPEND AMOUNT OF MONEY ON BASIC TRANSPORT IT ALSO HELP RURAL AREAS BECAUSE, EXISTING TRANSPORT ARE AFFORDABLE SUCH AS BUS, AUTO, TAXI ETC IT HELPS FARMERS,STUDENTS AND OTHERS THEY CAN TRAVEL BY THE GOVERNMENT TRANSPORT. PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN VILLAGE THEY AFFORD THIS AND GOVERNMENT PROVIDE FREE PASS AND CARD. A LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY IN THIS CAN HELPS MANY RURAL.

I BELIEVE THAT, SPEND A LARGE PROPORTION IN BASIC TRANSPORT HELPS MAY PEOPLE SUCH AS SCHOOL STUDENTS WHO CANNOT AFFORD FEES OF TRANSPORT SO PUBLIC TRANSPONTS HELP THEM OTHER SIDS IT COULD HELPS WORKERS AND SPECIALLY FOR OLDER ONES SO IT A BENEFICIAL.

IN SUM UP, BOTH THE VIEWS ARE RIGHT BUT IN FIRST VIEWS ARE ONLY SOME BENEFICIAL BUT IN SECOND VIEWS THERE MANY BENEFICIAL.
