IELTS Writing Task 2 question

In a number of countries, some people think it is necessary to spend large sums of money on constructing new railway lines for very fast trains between cities. Others believe the money should be spent on improving existing public transport.

Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

 

Student answer (Band 5.5)

Nowadays, there is considrable debate regarding the spend money on construction .In a significant number of countries ,Although some people think that it is essencial to spend large amount of money to built new railway lines for train which can run fastly, on the other hand, some believe that they should be spend on enhancing current economical transport. I firmly believe that money must spend on constructing new railway lines's overall development.this essay will discuss both perspectives before explaining why constructing new railway line is preferable.

To begin with, spending money is significantly play a crucial role constructing new station lines as it help them to travel conviently. individual can continue thier journey by train because it saves time and cost as well as run smoothly. This is particularly important because long distance travel often creates difficulties so it run fast effectvely.As a result people can switch place quickly without facing any challenges. For example,In daily life routine slow vechcles used by people which are very disconfirtable and taking too much time to reach thier destination so here is better constructing a railway line where every citizens can take benefits from them. Thus railway track play a important role in daily life where people use them for thier working and educaton so investment are necessary here.

On the other hand , investing on existing public transport is also important in case of ,if it is needed on going public transport.The widespread use of economical transport become worst if they are used in daily routine. if money are invest on improving not only it become cost effective but also most people will use too see thier look and confortness. consequently, many individual travel and reach their desire place. For instance variety of cars if look beautiful people safe their money to travel on it instead using thier own car because they become conviniently.Hence spending money better on existing is the good option if invest money will be invest low here.

In conclusion,I strongly believe investing money is best option for create new line track because it is fast and everyone use them in day to day life. Although investing money on construction is the good option for constructing the new railwa line very fast, money spend on improving existing public transport is low budget .Therefore government should take action creating fast and confortable vehcles.
