Student answer (Band 5.0)
In a countries some people thinks it is necessary to spend a large amount of the money on construction railway and fast trains. In the other hand some people think money should spend on improving existing public transport.
If we talk about the first catogary I agree with them if country spend money on the construction new railway lines for fast train.it had many benefits for example it attract tourist all over the world which helps economy to grow it also help country to become famous and being raputed country.these things alo help the local to travel or to live it's make their life easier.
Every coin have 2 side if we talk about the people who want country to spent on improving existing public transport.I undoubtedly agree with them if the existing public transport are not in a good condition then it doesn't matter how many innovation a country make for the new ones however after some years they are also in the same condition and also cause a problems for the residents who live their.
If we talk about my preceptive i undoubtedly agree with the both point.they country had to divide the money and spend equally on both sides of country only focus on construction and new hiways and don't maintain the older one it can cause a halarious damage one day but if country only focus on the old ones it affects country economy negativily.so from my preceptive I think country need to think about both ideas.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both views and give a position: you support investment in new fast railways for their potential benefits, then argue that existing transport also needs maintenance, concluding that funding should be divided between the two. This is relevant to the question, but the discussion remains general and only partly developed. For example, tourism and economic growth are mentioned, but you do not explain how fast trains would produce these benefits or provide a specific example. The case for improving current services is clearer, especially the point that new infrastructure may also deteriorate without maintenance, though this could be supported with a concrete consequence for passengers. Make your position more consistent and develop each view with a reason and an example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, a paragraph for each view, and a concluding opinion. This helps the reader identify the main stages of your argument. However, progression within paragraphs is limited, and several links feel mechanical or unclear. Repeated openings such as “If we talk about” and “if we talk about the people” do not show precisely how ideas relate. The phrase “Every coin have 2 side” signals contrast, but the following sentence is difficult to follow, and the final paragraph combines several points without a clear sequence. Use direct topic sentences, then connect each supporting reason to its consequence. Clearer referencing and a more focused conclusion would make the argument easier to follow.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-relevant vocabulary, including “construction,” “public transport,” “tourist,” “economy,” and “residents,” so the reader can understand the general subject. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate word choices or collocations make parts of the argument difficult to interpret. Examples include “being raputed country,” “my preceptive,” and “halarious damage”; these do not communicate the intended meaning reliably. Spelling errors such as “catogary,” “alo,” and “negativily” also reduce clarity. Build a more precise vocabulary for transport and investment, and check spelling and collocations. For instance, describe services as “well maintained” or “in poor condition,” and explain whether investment could “boost tourism” or “support economic growth.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including conditional ideas such as “if the existing public transport are not in a good condition then it doesn't matter…”. However, control is weak: errors occur frequently and sometimes make relationships between ideas hard to follow. Examples include “some people thinks,” “it attract tourist,” and “Every coin have 2 side,” where subject–verb agreement and plural forms are incorrect. Articles and sentence boundaries are also problematic, as in “spend a large amount of the money on construction railway” and the run-on after “fast train.” The final paragraph contains several clauses joined without clear punctuation. Practise accurate basic sentence patterns first, then use a smaller number of complex sentences with correct agreement, articles, and punctuation.
