Student answer (Band 6.0)
In several nations, many concious citizen consider that it is essential in order to spend a large amount of revenue for constructing fastest rainway transport while other people focus to improve the remaining public transport system. According to my view, both arguments are significant but it can vary from place to place or depending financial capacity a country.
It is seen that many modern cities have been introduced fast metro railway service and even those cities which are not yet customized this system, they are also trying to connect. For example, Dhaka city has recently introduced metro system. Normally population is increasing day by day in big cities that creates traffic jams or other pressures on transport. As a result, it is high demand and the responsibilty of the government to take proper initiatives to establish new fast railway lines and fast trains although authority needs a huge amount of budget to implement this type of project. If we want to lead modern and peaceful life, the introduction of fastest rail line is necessary. In spite of financial crisis, many city corporations are trying to introduce this system. For instance, in Chennai city, though authority faces economic inflation and crisis, metro railway is under constuction for the benefits of it's citizemn.
On the other hand, many people believe that it is not necessary to spend a large amount of money for the new construction rather goverment may take steps in order to rennovate the existing transport. City council can extend the remaing lanes and reduce the number of private cars. If government amend laws and implement it hardly, traffic jams and other issues could be solved. For example, many cities in Europe forbids or restricts private cars in some places of the city centre.
To summarize, either introducing new fast trains or improving existing system, whch need may depend on the geographical location of a city. I think if government have sufficent money, they can introduce fast train service for well being of inhabitants.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You discuss both proposed approaches and give a personal view: you support new fast rail where a country can afford it, while recognising that improving existing transport may suit other places. The examples of Dhaka, Chennai and European city centres make the discussion relevant. However, the two sides are not developed equally. The case for new rail is explained through congestion and population growth, but the benefits of upgrading existing services are less clear; extending lanes and restricting cars are mentioned without explaining how these measures improve public transport or comparing their likely effects with rail investment. Your conclusion also makes the opinion conditional on having sufficient funds. Explain more directly which approach you favour and why, while developing the second view with a specific benefit or example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, one paragraph for each view, and a conclusion. Signposts such as “On the other hand” and “To summarize” help readers follow the discussion, and the ideas generally progress from urban congestion to possible responses. This meets the lower-band expectation of coherent overall arrangement and shows some of the flexibility associated with stronger cohesion. However, links between claims are sometimes mechanical, particularly the repeated use of “For example” and “As a result,” and some references are unclear, such as “this system” and “the remaining transport.” The final paragraph also introduces a geographical-location condition without developing it. Use clearer references and connect each example explicitly to the point it supports.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a reasonable range of topic-related vocabulary, including “traffic jams,” “financial crisis,” “metro railway,” and “private cars,” so the main ideas are generally understandable. There are also attempts at more formal phrasing, such as “proper initiatives” and “for the benefits of its citizens.” However, inaccurate word choice, collocation and spelling are noticeable and sometimes make the meaning less natural: “fastest rainway transport,” “customized this system,” and “implement it hardly” do not express the intended ideas clearly. Several misspellings, including “concious,” “responsibilty” and “constuction,” further reduce precision. Aim for accurate, natural combinations rather than more elaborate wording, and proofread spelling and word forms carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt a mix of simple and complex sentences, including conditional and concessive forms: “If we want to lead…” and “though authority faces…”. This gives the response some structural variety, and the overall meaning is usually recoverable. Some grammatical errors remain, particularly with agreement, articles, verb forms and sentence construction. For example, “many conscious citizen consider” needs plural agreement, while “if government have” has a subject–verb agreement problem; “it is essential in order to spend” is also an awkward construction. In “many cities in Europe forbids,” the plural subject requires a plural verb. Review agreement and article use, and simplify sentences when a longer structure becomes difficult to control.
