Student answer (Band 4.0)
In many countries governament spend extra expencess to growm thair countries, many people belive that it is harm full for economy growth and peolpe future as well but some think that its benifical for every citizen if people have good thansport system in their country it give a good impect for others good railway lines going good thing for people.
On the one hand their have many advantages for people if country have good transport sysem they use to be commute every ehere easily where thay want. if they have good railway line they went eaily in a minutes in this era people have lake of time and they didnt want to sepnd many more in a treaviling they have a many things to describe but they didnt want to leave the topic and i feel that public transport system is very impotent and benifical for every one to commute anywhere, and investing money forv transport is very good part to increasing ratio of transport system. for example people have no car and no any personal convence and they like to use public transport on daily beses with less spending money its benifical for thair sainvingb money.
On the other hand people think that investing tomuch moneyb in the transport, railway lines and counstriction of new roads and bridges is west of money bet they didnt want to now about the plus point of the public transport and the addishnal mony expencess why they spend on petrol. but i feel that there have some dinadvantige maybe becouse now a days people dont have tomuch money to spand on it.
In my opinion, people dontnt want to know about the advantige og the good transport system and thy have a many thinng to disply and discuss.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 3.5
You make a relevant attempt to discuss public transport investment, noting that it can help people commute and save money, and you give a personal opinion. However, the task asks you to compare new high-speed railway lines between cities with improvements to existing public transport. Your response does not clearly explain the case for building very fast trains, and the opposing view is described vaguely as spending being a “waste of money.” The opinion also shifts: you support public transport investment, but the conclusion is incomplete and does not clearly state which option you favour. To strengthen the response, explain both proposals directly, give a specific reason or example for each, and end with a clear, consistent judgement.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 3.5
There is an attempt to organise the response into an introduction, two contrasting body paragraphs beginning “On the one hand” and “On the other hand,” and a conclusion. These markers show awareness of a discussion structure. However, progression within paragraphs is difficult to follow because several ideas are joined into long, loosely connected sentences, and the final line, “In councluion people want to go res,” leaves the argument unfinished. Some links are also unclear: the point about petrol costs does not clearly connect to the argument about high-speed rail. Use one main idea per paragraph, connect each explanation explicitly to the question, and write a complete conclusion that summarises your position.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.0
You use some task-related vocabulary, including “public transport,” “railway lines,” “commute,” and “investing money,” so the reader can identify the general topic. There are also attempts at less common expressions, such as “personal convenience” and “advantages.” However, spelling errors are frequent (“governament,” “expencess,” “thansport”), and several word choices or phrases are unclear or unnatural, including “growm thair countries,” “good impect,” and “leave the topic.” Repetition of “good,” “people,” and “money” also limits precision. Build a reliable set of transport and investment terms, check spelling carefully, and choose phrases that express a specific benefit or drawback rather than relying on general wording.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, including conditional structures such as “if country have good transport system” and a contrast introduced by “On the other hand.” This shows an effort to express relationships between ideas. However, sentence control is inconsistent: missing or incorrect articles and agreement appear in “if country have” and “it give,” while verb forms and sentence boundaries are often faulty. For example, the opening sentence runs several claims together, making their relationships hard to interpret. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement, articles, and complete sentence construction, then use full stops to separate ideas. Clearer, shorter sentences will make your reasoning easier to understand.
