Student answer (Band 5.0)
Spending more money on the railway stations is very important for its maintain a good condition of a railway, as it is a main source of travelling in number of countries. and additionally spending on Creating new railway lines for very fast trains is sometimes very essential.
Firstly, i will talk about the Spending money on constructing new railway lines and fast trains,i think its crucial for time saving journey and improve the costomer's experience on train, Goverment can add number of features by spending on a constryuction of new fast railway trains. Moreover, new fast trains can be benfecial for people getting on their destinations quickly if they have to carry out any task urgently, so it can be convineint for them to travel on that new fast train.Additionally, i would say that a best service of ambulance through a fast train can be highly essential for the people in emergency to reach a hospital in a city which is far away from them, nowadays people mostly use cabin ambulance which runs on road and there are alot of traffic sometimes and blocked roads which can be a question life and death fo the suffering patient, Thats why if The goverment introduces a new fast train ambulance it can even save a life of an individual. Moreover, i think it can improve a experience of business between two cities by transporting good on time to earn many customers by providing fast service and fullfilling the demands of people on a promised time. The seating area and the environment of train can be improved in a significant ways by introducing new comfortable and good looking seats, and also creating a cafe on train which will surely attract more people to travel on new busses, and most important thing is to install a ticket scanner on train it will be very significant,
Now, i will talk about the people who believe that more money should be spent on exisiting public transport, one of the key reasons can be travelling cost can be cheaper on public transport, and alot of people who travel across the country are use to it now, For example, in my city many elder people suggests government that instead of working on roads and new Facilites they should work on making the healthcare the more cheaper it canbe as it is a essential and one of the most important use of individuals, and i have seen seen number of people in my country losing their loved ones because of having not money to support the treatment of their loved ones. which is quite heart breaking to see. Additionally, alot of people want to improve the exisiting transport because they know the code and rules of public transport and may be think that a new train can be complicated for them to use for travelling, for example in my country and there are number of people who are not enough educated to know the advance things of like ticket scanner and booking tickets online.if i were to share my own experience on the travelling on a public transport, sadly my experience was worse because of the people making many noices and coming to me pretending that my seat is their seat which was quite fustraitingand the mai reason of my bed experience was the train was very slow and use to stop on many stations which was taking even more time to reach on our destonation
in conclusion i would say that new fast trains must be introduced for the betterment of a railway transport

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You discuss both proposed approaches and give a clear final preference for introducing fast trains. The first section offers several relevant reasons, including quicker journeys and possible benefits in emergencies, while the second mentions affordability and the difficulty some passengers may have with new technology. However, the discussion is uneven and some points do not directly answer the transport question: the example about making healthcare cheaper shifts away from improving existing public transport. Several claims, such as a fast-train ambulance and a café attracting passengers, are asserted rather than explained or supported. Develop the strongest transport-related arguments on both sides, and state your position more clearly in the introduction as well as the conclusion.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has an identifiable structure, with an opening, separate sections for the two views, and a conclusion. Sequencing phrases such as “Firstly,” “Now,” and “in conclusion” help signal movement between sections. However, progression within paragraphs is often difficult to follow because many different points are joined into very long sentences, especially in the first main section. “Moreover” and “Additionally” are repeated frequently, sometimes introducing ideas that are only loosely connected. The personal account at the end of the second section also arrives without a clear link to the main argument. Use shorter, focused paragraphs, group related reasons together, and make links between each example and the point it supports explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt vocabulary relevant to transport and public services, including “constructing new railway lines,” “public transport,” “destinations,” and “ticket scanner.” There is also some effort to use more specific expressions, such as “in emergency” and “promised time.” However, the range is limited by repeated general words such as “people,” “new,” and “important,” and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or unclear: “cabin ambulance,” “a question life and death,” and “improve a experience of business” make the intended meaning harder to understand. Spelling errors such as “benfecial,” “exisiting,” and “destonation” are also noticeable. Build a more precise transport vocabulary and check spelling and natural word combinations.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt to express reasons and examples using both simple statements and longer clauses, including conditional forms such as “if the government introduces a new fast train ambulance it can even save a life.” However, complex sentences are often faulty or run together, and frequent errors can make the reader work to identify the intended meaning. Examples include “for its maintain a good condition,” “a lot of people … are use to it,” and “the train was very slow and use to stop.” There are also recurring problems with articles, agreement, verb forms, and sentence boundaries; the opening begins a new sentence with “and,” while several long sentences lack clear punctuation. Practise accurate clause construction and verb forms, and divide ideas into complete, manageable sentences.
