IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The diagram below shows how geothermal energy is used to produce electricity.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)

The map shows that the process of the geothermal power plant which is produce the electricity from water .

Furthermore, the starts from entering the cold water is pumped in the injection well of 4.5 cm length . Water passes from geothermal zone where hot rocks are placed after that water entered in the production well where hot water in pumped to the condenser . In the condenser puts very high pressure on water . Water starts boiling and formed stream . Addition Stream transferred to the turbine ,turbine starts rotating in clockwise direction and charged after that produced electricity . The electricity is transferred to the towers .

Moreover , in geothermal power plant starts from cold water , pumped to injection well water goes through the geothermal zone that is placed where hot water turned into hot water and pumped to condenser through production well water is streamed and helped to rotate the turbine , The electricity goes to town , shops , rural and urban areas .
