The diagram below shows how geothermal energy is used to produce electricity.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 4.0)
the daigram illustrates how geothermal energy use for electricity production . overall, first the cold water pumped out 4.5 kilometer into the groud mean in the injection well after that, when water move into another so it covert into the hot water into the production well . in this hot water start their work without any stop . when water boils fully the water convert into steam and this steam start their process and this steam moves into the turbine and due to the steam of water then it produce energy and this energy move into the genrators after that when the the energy fully move into genrator so this genrators put onto the electricity polls and in this way geothermal plant work and produce electricity . so we learn about the geothermal electricity how electricity produce and the whole process this daigram show after that we learn about the electricity production.
