IELTS Writing Task 1 question
The diagram below shows how geothermal energy is used to produce electricity.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
This diagram give us information about how geothermal energy is used to produce electricity.Its a geothermal pwoer plant and how its works to produce energy.
According to this diagram firstly the cold water 4.5 km pushed down then the injection well and to cover some distance in geothermal zone( hot rocks) and go upward through the production well and the hot water pumped up by this the third step is clear.
Therefore the hot water comes up towards the condenser, it helpes to produces steam due to hot water and helps in the process. the condenser shift the steam into the turbine through the small pipe, the then due to the power of steam it produces energy because of the power of force and steam powerd by turbine and produces electricity.
To conclude this report we can easly analysis the process of energy producing in geothermal power plan by the help of water, and then convert into hot water later it become steam and at the end it may produce energy through steam and pressure.
