Student answer (Band 5.0)
Many people think that give permission to children to decide their particular choices on daily life matters is likely to result in a community of individuals who only think about their personal wishes. while other people believe that it is important for children to make decisions about the matters that impact on them. Meanwhile, not only both view but also my opinion will be explained in the ensuing paragraphs, along with examples.
Examining the former opinion, the foremost argument the supporters would put forward is in today's complex world there are numerous options and variety occurred for one particular goods like food, clothes and fashion and entertainment. One prominent example is entertainment related opinion. To justify it further, young and adult generation watch old movies and web series in once in the blue moon. For instance, in recent time Gen-Z people likes a movies and series in which villain is the main and winning character at the end. while in old drama and movies the main character always wins the battle and love. During the past time people choose formal and professional clothes although in modern era children wants to ware a currant trending aesthetic clothes like oversize t-shirts, jeans and jackets. They wants to go the cafes and restaurants to try new dishes and taste. For instance, if children make their own choices in early life they are being able to think about their own choices and decisions after they become individuals.
However, the latter view has its own claim. The most significant argument is it is also important for children to make decisions about matters that affect them. To be more specific, children must have a ability to think about what impact on them after taking a decision. Moreover, children take a fast decision and then feel the regrate about result. For example, food, travel and entertainment may cause of some health issues. Children should understand the personal affect on him.
In conclusion, in this contemporary era, there is equally evidence to support the argument I have provided, Hence, in my opinion, allowing children to make their own choices on everyday matters. However, children themselves should think about the consequences of the decision.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses both views and provides a clear personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is inconsistent. The first body paragraph attempts to discuss the benefits of choice but becomes distracted by irrelevant examples regarding movie genres and fashion trends, which do not clearly support the prompt's focus on the societal impact of decision-making. The second body paragraph is somewhat repetitive and lacks depth in explaining the 'latter view'. While the position is clear, the arguments are not fully extended or supported with logical depth, leading to a somewhat superficial treatment of the topic.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organised into paragraphs, but the logical progression within them is weak. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'However' and 'Moreover', but they are sometimes used mechanically or incorrectly, such as the opening sentence structure which is fragmented. The referencing is occasionally unclear, and the transition between the discussion of the two views and the personal opinion is abrupt. The conclusion is also somewhat disjointed, failing to effectively synthesise the arguments presented in the body paragraphs.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary range is adequate for the task but lacks precision. There are several instances of awkward collocations and word choice errors, such as 'give permission to children' instead of 'allowing children', 'variety occurred' instead of 'a wide variety of', and 'personal affect' instead of 'personal effect'. While the meaning is generally conveyed, the lack of sophisticated or precise vocabulary limits the score. The student relies on basic phrasing, and some terms are used incorrectly in context.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede readability. Issues include subject-verb agreement ('Gen-Z people likes'), incorrect verb forms ('children wants to ware'), and awkward sentence fragments ('Meanwhile, not only both view but also my opinion...'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with the use of commas and sentence boundaries. While the student attempts complex structures, the high frequency of errors in basic grammar prevents a higher score.
