Some people believe that allowing children to make their own choices on everyday matters (such as food, clothes and entertainment) is likely to result in a society of individuals who only think about their own wishes. Other people believe that it is important for children to make decisions about matters that affect them.

That is a very crucial and important topics in our society right now.we go through this on daily bases and every moment.i am young and gen z too.i can feel it.

To let the children decide what is good for them and what is not for me it depends on environment and conditions.we can not say so easily that nobody has right to tell me what I have to do.we also can not allow anybody let us control.

Mental health is one the most important thing that effects individuals behavior. There are some people who are foodie, some loves dressing everybody have different feelings that makes them happy. To enforce some thing on them and bound to certain limits according to you is not working .You can may be control them but they are not in condition to do anything. To be traped in other people's limits and done the things which others people chose for them is not freedom. Now the child's are not confident.

Even the robots have some errors.Robots can never be accurate it's because they are trained and bounded.when something is bounded and not allowed what they want starting may be good but one point it stop working .

Human mind can never work against it's interst.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

The response addresses the prompt by discussing both sides of the issue, but the development is inconsistent. While you provide a personal opinion, the argument lacks depth and clarity. The example provided regarding the tragic event in your village is quite extreme and does not directly address the prompt's focus on 'everyday matters' like food or clothes. Furthermore, the connection between the example and the topic of child autonomy is not clearly articulated. To improve, ensure that your arguments are directly relevant to the prompt and that you provide a balanced discussion before stating your own position clearly.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0

The essay lacks a clear structure. Paragraphs are not well-defined, and the progression of ideas is often disjointed. There is a lack of cohesive devices to link sentences and ideas, making the text feel like a series of fragmented thoughts rather than a cohesive argument. For instance, the transition between the discussion of robots and the personal anecdote about the village is abrupt and confusing. Using linking words such as 'furthermore', 'however', 'consequently', or 'in contrast' would help guide the reader through your argument more effectively.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary is quite basic and repetitive. There are several instances of word-choice errors, such as 'bound to certain limits' instead of 'restricted' and 'took piles' (presumably meaning pills). The phrasing is often informal and lacks the academic tone required for an IELTS Task 2 essay. To reach a higher band, you should aim to use a wider range of vocabulary, including collocations and more precise terminology related to the topic of child development and parental authority.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

There are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text, including issues with subject-verb agreement ('child's are', 'some loves'), punctuation, and sentence structure. Many sentences are fragmented or run-on, which makes the text difficult to follow. The use of complex structures is limited and often inaccurate. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, ensuring correct verb tenses, and proofreading for common errors like missing articles and incorrect pluralization. Consistent practice with complex sentence forms will also help improve your range.
