Student answer (Band 4.0)
Children should get freedom for each and everything in life untill they get matured to life, if children will get choices to choose for them each and everything it will be there choices only. We don't know what there choices are.And by giving choices of their own it will good for them, rather than thinking about society and thinking that they will fullfill there wish only .If we will choices to them, than that make more mature
In other opinion we see that parent are giving importances to children about there choices and that dosen't means children will be think about them only. No it matters how it affect them by giving them choices like food, clothes and entertainment. children will also know about them that what there choices are .
For example, meena get choices about things she wants than her parent says choose what you want, that doesn't mean children will think about them only . children knows how parents has givens us freedom.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 3.5
The response addresses the task only partially and fails to meet the minimum length requirement of 250 words, stopping short at 166 words. The discussion of both views is extremely limited, and your own opinion is difficult to discern due to the undeveloped nature of the arguments. While you attempt to touch upon the prompt regarding children making everyday choices, the ideas remain basic and lack the necessary extension and support required for higher bands. To improve, you must ensure that you write at least the minimum word count, fully develop your position throughout the essay, and provide well-supported arguments with relevant examples for both sides of the issue.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0
Information and ideas are not arranged in a fully coherent manner, leading to a lack of clear overall progression. Although you attempt to separate your thoughts into paragraphs, the logical transitions between sentences and ideas are frequently faulty or unclear, as seen in abrupt shifts like 'In other opinion we see...' and repetitive phrasing. Referencing is also weak, making it difficult to follow the line of argument. To achieve a higher band, you need to ensure a clear logical organization from introduction to conclusion, use a wider and more accurate range of cohesive devices without repetition, and structure your paragraphs so that each develops a single main idea clearly.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
The vocabulary used is basic and repetitive, employing simple words like 'choices', 'things', and 'freedom' frequently throughout the text. There are also noticeable lexical errors and awkward word formations, such as 'matured to life' and 'fullfill there wish', which stem from incorrect word choice and collocation rather than grammar issues. These errors occasionally strain the reader's understanding. To improve your lexical score, you should expand your range of vocabulary, practice learning word partnerships or collocations, and pay closer attention to word forms and spelling to ensure your message is communicated precisely.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
The text displays a very limited range of sentence structures, relying heavily on simple or faulty complex attempts. Frequent grammatical errors are present throughout the response, including issues with verb forms, subject-verb agreement, and prepositions, such as 'if children will get choices', 'that make more mature', and 'parent says choose'. Punctuation is also problematic in places. These errors occur frequently and can cause difficulty for the reader. To move up to the next band, you should practice using a wider mix of error-free complex sentence structures, improve your control over verb tenses, and carefully proofread your writing to fix basic agreement and structural mistakes.
