You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my satisfaction regarding my experience at Ramada hotel.

I organized an event for the company I work with at your hotel, It was an amazing experience.

The event was about how to deal with your difficulties and how to prevent depression.

The hall was full and the audience was amazed by the decoration and technical services. The speaker was explaining to participants about the importance of self care to deal with the situation.

What i liked it the most was the customer service, everything has ran smoothly and all of the participants were happy and grateful.

However, I would like to mention that the sound system needs some improvement but everything else was perfect.

Thank you for the amazing experience at your hotel. I look forward to dealing with with you soon.
