Dear sir,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing to inform you that recently I help our company to organize a event in hotel.
This event is regarding the promotion of new skin care product that our company introduce. In this event we invite some famous celebrities to collaborate with us and promote our product. I really like the interior of the hotel which really suits our event. The employees of the hotel is very friendly. They help us alot during our event.
But, i think sitting area need some improvement. There is very less sitting space for all the people. They should need to increase their sitting area.
Thank you for your excellent service. I hope you like my suggestions and I look forward to use your hotel again in the future.
Your faithfully,

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The letter covers all three bullet points: providing event details, mentioning positive aspects, and suggesting improvements. However, the response is under the 150-word minimum requirement, which limits the development of ideas. The details provided are somewhat brief; for instance, the description of the event and the specific areas for improvement could have been expanded to provide a more professional and comprehensive tone. Because the length requirement was not met, the task achievement is negatively impacted, as the ideas remain underdeveloped.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The letter follows a logical structure with a clear opening and closing. Paragraphing is used to separate the different points requested in the prompt. However, the use of cohesive devices is quite limited and basic. Transitions between sentences are often abrupt, and the flow could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words (e.g., 'furthermore', 'consequently', 'in addition'). The overall arrangement is coherent, but the lack of sophisticated cohesive devices keeps this in the mid-range.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.5
The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks variety and precision. You rely on simple, repetitive language such as 'help', 'like', and 'good'. There are some minor errors in word choice, such as 'I look forward to use' instead of 'I look forward to using'. To reach a higher band, you should aim to use more specific vocabulary related to event management and professional correspondence, such as 'facilitate', 'impeccable', or 'recommendations'.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
There are several grammatical errors throughout the text, particularly with verb tenses and subject-verb agreement. For example, 'I help our company' should be 'I helped', and 'employees... is' should be 'employees... are'. Additionally, 'there is very less sitting space' is grammatically incorrect; 'there is very little' or 'there is insufficient' would be more accurate. While the meaning is clear, the frequency of these errors prevents a higher score. You should focus on proofreading for basic tense consistency and pluralization.
