You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear Manager,

I hope You are doing Well. I have reached you to inform few highlights regarding your hotel. The day before last friday we had arranged wedding anniversary for our client. That was successfully finished on time. We have got fabulous positive response on that such as at your hotel the design and the architecture was astonishing. Moreover, the staff was extremely harm welcoming.

However, one most significant point is which needs strict attention is the washroom area was not seems clean for the whole day of event. For solution so may need to assign one housekeeping staff on that area. which will help to maitain the dignity of hotel. I hope you will address the problem soon.
