You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to appriciate you and your team who helped me to organise the mid year event of the company I work for.

Company organises prize distribution who performed well over six months of period and also for the worker who contributed in finalizing big deals and gave new ideas which benefited the company. The event was for three hours, at first all the prizes were distributed and then the vice president of the disscussed the future goals as well as he motivated every member to work hard. At the employees had lunch and they praised the event and the food too.

I especially liked the set up of the stage and table and chairs. it was perfectly well organise that nobody felt congested while sitting. I would like to mention that if you can provide your staff with walky-talky so that workers do not rush to instruct each other. I and my company would definitely will contact you againg for any other event.
