You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

Dear Sir,

I hope you're doing well!

I am writing this letter to provide some suggestions and bringing some deficiencies to your attention that i have noticed during the event organized by our company in your hotel.

On July 01, 2026, from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. our company organized a award ceremony for all the employees in your hotel ABC as we considering it the best suitable place.

We really liked the ambience and the infrastructure of your hotel. Additionally, the staff was really professional and friendly that everyone was impressed with the service and the decision that we made by choosing you location.

I feel reluctant while pointing anything after the extraordinary service that you provided us but i really want you to improve the food quantity according to the prices you charged for the catering you provided. Food was delicious but the quantity was very less as per the expectation.

I would really appreciate if you consider my suggestion and Thankyou for your wonderful service.
