You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir / Madam,

Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you in good health. My name is Ammar and recently I organized an event in your hotel.

Firstly, our event went well. Sitting arrangements were perfect and chairs were comfortable as requested. Food was delicious. Every one admired it. I would book your hotel in future for all my business occasions.

Secondly, I really appreciate your staff behavior and their passion for their job. They are very hard workers and served every thing before to recall them. They are professional in their work.

Lastly, I would suggest you some areas where you can improve. You need to change your ceiling lights because they are dim and which makes trouble in reading. Moreover, you have to service your air-conditioner because it was not cooling properly as the hall was big, or you can install a new moveable air-conditioner.

Overall I am thankful to your team for all arrangements you have done.
