You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear Sir,

Hope you are doing splendid. Here i am writing to provide you some feedbacks about your Hilton homes hotel in which we had organized our town hall meeting as a part of curriculum.

Just for your recall, we had organized our meeting on July 20th 2026, Wednesday. we booked our banquet on the second floor, which was facing towards the mountains. There were around 50 people invited.

There are few services we were very amazing. They decorated the hall according to our taste and also the food served was just delicious including starters and desserts served. The staff was very polite and were providing the best services and were serving hot food. We very very delighted and happy with your services.

But, some of the areas still need some improvements, one of them is the cleanliness of washrooms and rest area. That were little messy. And also some of our employee complained of not having enough space for parking.

Overall, it was very good experience of having an event at your place. We were very happy and satisfied with overall hospitality provided you us.
