You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my interst for organizin an event at your hotel.

This event would be held on 2nd August, 2026. The day of the event is Sunday. This is a retirement party of the General Manager of my Company. The party may be start at 6 p.m until 10 P.M. The estimated number of people, those are invited to attend the party could be 30.

If I talk about that, why i choose this hotel because, I really like the customer service at the hotel. The staff members are not only friendly but also working with profesionlism. Another thing which caught my attraction is, It is very neat and clean. Lastly, there are number of vegetarian as well as non- vegetarian options available.

Although I like everything about your hotel, one thing which I like to request is about, Seating arrangment for elderly people. I really appriciate, If more options would be introduced for seating.
