Dear sir/madam

I would like to discuss my opinions and give feedback about past hotel event.

Commencely, I appreciate hate the given opportunity through which I was able to reflect my experiences. Organization of series of events in function like started from snacks, presentation, games, music and dinner with award ceremony worked well. Event had a remarkable print on guests mind because the ambiance was impressive, optimistic and engaging. Similarly, presentation was not only engaging but also visuals has been chosen wisely.

There is no deny that one aspect which stood out was dinner. Catering company was well organized in terms of types of foods, allergies, alternations were set up in different sections. customer service provided to guests was unbelievable because most of the guests mentioned about it in feedback survey.

Although most of the event was appreciable yet there was obstacles occurred during event like location of event. People could not find location of program, technical support team intervened and helped out plenty of guests. in result, event got delayed and we had to face time management issues. however, we was successfully to make it work.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 7.0

The letter addresses all three bullet points: providing details about the event, mentioning positive aspects, and suggesting improvements. The tone is generally appropriate for a formal letter, although some phrasing is slightly unnatural. The ideas are relevant, though the development is somewhat brief in places. For example, the description of the event is a list of activities rather than a cohesive narrative. To improve, ensure that each point is expanded with more descriptive detail to fully satisfy the requirements of a formal business letter.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The letter is organised into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is sometimes mechanical or inaccurate. For instance, 'Commencely' is not a standard transition word, and 'in result' is non-standard. The flow between sentences is occasionally interrupted by these awkward transitions. While the paragraphing is clear, the internal cohesion within paragraphs could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words and ensuring that referencing is more precise throughout the text.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.5

The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks precision and sophistication. There are several instances of awkward word choices, such as 'remarkable print on guests mind' (should be 'made a lasting impression') and 'there is no deny' (should be 'there is no denying'). The student attempts to use some descriptive language, but the collocations are often slightly off. To reach a higher band, focus on using more natural collocations and avoiding literal translations of phrases that do not exist in English.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

There is a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but the accuracy is inconsistent. There are several grammatical errors, such as 'we was successfully to make it work' (should be 'we were successful in making it work') and 'there was obstacles' (should be 'there were obstacles'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, with missing capital letters at the start of sentences and improper use of commas. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to lower the score. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and basic sentence structure will significantly improve the quality.
