You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent service your hotel provided during our company's event on last Saturday.

The event was attended by 100 employees and clients and it included presentations, activities, and a dinner. Everything was really well organized which made event successful and enjoyable for everyone.

I am really impressed by your staff as they were very polite , respectful, and attentive. Service was really quick. The conference hall was spacious and clean. In addition, food was delicious and atmosphere was welcoming.

For area of improvements i would like to suggest WIFI connection was so slow and parking areas were too small. if you improve these areas and make large parking areas it will be great for future.

Thankyou once again for your excellent services and hospitality. I will definitely visit your hotel again and i will recommend it to my other friends.
