You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir / Madam,

Student answer (Band 7.0)

Hi Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to thank you for providing good service at your hotel. Last month, my company had an event at your place, and everyone really love the service including food, sitting space etcetera.

Moreover, our event took place last Sunday and as you know we booked your hotel at the last moment. Not only your staff give us excellent service but also really helped us to book place one day ago, thus, our function went really smooth.

In addition, there are many things which everyone praised about, but one specialty of your premise is its infrastructure. Although this hotel is not in the list of top hotels of city, but its interior makes its look expensive.

However, there are some areas for which I want to mention you so some improvement can be done. for example, parking space is not enough according to its customers. we were 15 members and everyone had their own car, but because of not sufficient parking space some had to park their car in other plazas where they had to pay extra fees.

To conclude, Thanks again and I hope you will find my letter in good health and would consider my suggesting area of improvement.
