You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear Sir,

I am Writing this letter to express my gratitude on managing our Fundraising gala at your hotel.

This was basically a charity gala organised by our company to raise funds for our orphanage. Event was arranged for almost 500 donors.

The most attractive thing about your hotel was capacious sitting area. The main hall was very well organised for sitting and a large audience was easily adjusted here. Our donors were very satisfied about arrangements made for sitting.

I rally wants to suggest you to improve sound system and Projector location. It was difficult for us to clearly understands the voice of speaker due to some technical issues in sound system and secondly, the projector was not in centre due to which the audience on the corners was unable to clearly view the slides of presentation.

overall, Management was very cooperative and your staff was handling things in great professional way.
