You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Madam,

I hope you are doing good. I am writing to thank you for the event which happened last week on Sunday. It was a really successful event. The event was a retirement party of a colleague who worked in the company for 30 years. The event was organised in the hall room and 300 people attended it.

I liked the food service at your hotel, you served the different cuisines as according to our needs. The food was fresh and delicious as well. Other thing that I liked at the hotel was cleanliness. The rooms were neat, tidy and quite big, comfortable for three people with mesmerising view of the sea.

I want to give some suggestions for improvement. Everything was good, but the service was slow. We requested for a bottle of water to a waiter and he brought the bottle after half hour. This thing is not acceptable when you are charging high for the services.

Our experience was decent at you hotel and thank you for the management.
