You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to share feedback regarding our annual general meeting which was held at your hotel on July 29th in the Grand Rose Ballroom. Around 100 employees attended the function which included seminars, a catered lunch and a evening award ceremony.

Overall our team got impressed with the hotel atmosphere like the venue, the level of service and mainly the food, which was outstanding especially it meet the needs of all employees dietary restrictions. Additionally the audio-technical team, which exceptionally brilliant and professional. The presentation ran smoothly without making any delay a special thanks to the perfect service of technical team.

However I have to add two areas where there is a requirement of improvement. Firstly, the temperature in the room was low which made the employees very comfortable especially during the afternoon sessions. Secondly there was a major delay in check in process which made the queue bigger. Increasing the number of staff would be a better option.

Thank you for making our event exceptionally well. We look forward to host such events more in your hotel.
