You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to appreciate the hard work you put in organising the Christmas party for my organisation. I know, it was on a short notice but still you managed to do that. Although everything about the celebration was perfect, I just want to point out one thing that was the vegetarian food options.

To commence with the positives, the decoration was apt. The flowers and lightening were in coordination and were complementing each other very well. What’s more, the food was delicious especially the ham sandwiches.

On the contrary, there was just one drawback of the event that was the vegetarian options. Even after being told about the food choices of staff, there were no much veg choices. Only fruits and juices were available. Additionally, the food was served cold because of the confusion on serving time which didn’t justify with the taste. I recommend you to cross check the serving time with your chefs to reduce misunderstandings next time.
