I choosed this hotel as my friend suggested me about this. Even his company's meeting is usually organized their. The food quality, staff, seating sides facilities are very good.

One thing which I would like to suggest for this hotel is safety. I found that there was no rules or safety guard for any bad happenings. Anyone come and go without signing or checking. I think hotel should need this improvement. Overall the event was very good and all were happy.

With Regards,

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5

You have addressed all three bullet points: providing details about the event, mentioning positive aspects of the hotel, and suggesting areas for improvement. However, the development of these points is somewhat limited. For instance, the description of the event is vague; mentioning the 'new project' and 'renowned persons' is a good start, but more specific details about the nature of the event would have strengthened the response. The tone is generally appropriate for a formal letter, although the opening sentence is slightly awkward. To improve, ensure that your ideas are fully expanded to provide the reader with a clearer picture of the situation.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The letter is organized into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your points. You use basic cohesive devices such as 'One thing which I would like to suggest' and 'Overall', which provide a clear structure. However, the transitions between sentences are sometimes mechanical, and the flow could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words (e.g., 'furthermore', 'consequently', 'in addition'). The referencing is generally clear, though the connection between the introduction and the body paragraphs could be smoother to enhance the overall progression of ideas.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.5

Your vocabulary is adequate for the task, allowing you to communicate your message clearly. You use some relevant terms like 'expenditure', 'facilities', and 'renowned'. However, there are some inaccuracies in word choice and collocation, such as 'seating sides facilities' and 'bad happenings'. These errors do not impede communication, but they do limit your score. To reach a higher band, focus on using more precise collocations and avoiding repetitive phrasing. Expanding your range of descriptive adjectives and formal business terminology will also help you express your ideas with greater sophistication.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are frequent grammatical errors, such as 'I Project Manager on Tata Company' (missing verb and preposition), 'I choosed' (incorrect past tense), and 'hotel should need this improvement' (redundant phrasing). Punctuation is generally functional, but there are minor issues with article usage and subject-verb agreement. To improve, focus on mastering basic verb tenses and ensuring that your sentence construction follows standard English patterns. Proofreading for small errors like missing articles or incorrect prepositions will significantly improve your accuracy.
