You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to inform you regarding a booking of your hotel for the grand 50th ceremony of the organization "The royal and son's".

I am glad to inform you that our company has been completed 49 years with a great succeed and this will be the 50th year of the company to proceeding successfully. Furthermore, to make this day special I am planning to book your hotel. To addition, this event would invite more than 200 people gathering. Therefore, I need ample of space for that. This would be take place on 25th of august at 9.00am to 5.00pm.

Moreover, I personally appreciate the view and services provided by your hotel staff members. Especially, the parking facility is very secure and affordable. In comparison of the services this hotel provide the price is also very reasonable.

Although, place view is breathtaking, the noise coming from the street annoying sometimes. I would appreciate it if you could manage and take a appropriate action towards it.
