You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir / Madam

I humbly write in respect to the event that was conducted in your hotel two months ago. My company organised a Christmas get-together which was held in your banquet hall. The event was a success and I enjoyed it.

I love the chandeliers and how spacious the hall was, I commend the lightening and how well it was illuminated. But I would like to suggest areas which needs some improvement and cleaning.

I noticed the windows were covered with dust and need some cleaning, which ought to be done after it was booked. In addition, some of the furnitures were broken and it was not enough, it was uncomfortable when some of the guest had to stand. I was really displeased on that. Furthermore, the sound system was spoilt which made us hired a Dj.
