You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this email to organise an event at a hotel.

Firstly, I would like to provide details about the event which I want to make that moment enjoyable and unforgettable. Moreover, I would like luke to tlet you know that the function will be held on August 15th and there will be around 100 people will attend this event. Secondly, I would like to explain that I particularlary liked about the hotel that is staff severice, surrounding are modern infrasturcture which I like the most. Lastly, I would like to suggest that area for improvement that is cleaning. I kindly request for clean the area quickly during event and improve the satisfaction rate among people.
