You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you to express my sincere gratitude for organizing an event successfully at your restaurant.

Event was held on last Friday at your restaurant at six in the evening. It was an international conference and we were there for dinner with our clients.

I am delighted to let you know that I was amazed by your hospitality and your willingness to help us. Restaurant staff were so helpful and friendly throughout the whole event and the ambiance of our conference room was amazing with the decorations on the wall and tables.

However, I would like to suggest one little improvement regarding air conditioning. It was working well but some clients complained about feeling sweaty.

I hope you will fix it as soon as possible as it can impact the reputation of your restaurant. It was great experience at your restaurant. Thank you for the hospitality.
